Our Compassionate Caregivers are our most important asset. They are employees of our company, not sub-contractors, so you are not legally responsible for their social security, federal taxes, state taxes and unemployment insurance. We verify that that our caregivers can legally work in the United States. All our caregivers have undergone a criminal, abuse registry and reference background check. Our caregivers receive ongoing training and are covered by our professional insurance policy.

Our Caregivers

Our caregivers consist of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Companions. Our staff and caregivers are experienced, professional and reliable. Each staff member is thoroughly screened and undergoes a criminal background and reference check. We provide ongoing training to our staff.

Before the start of care our Registered Nurse will meet with you and family members to discuss, plan and coordinate care tailored to your need. We then place an aide whom we think is best fitted to meet your needs.

Skilled Nurses

Nurses provide continual oversite of the caregiver and plan of care to ensure your needs are continually being met.

Companions

Companions can provide assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, companionship and more.

Live-Ins

Live-in caregivers live in the home on a full time basis, helping the client maintain normal routine as much as possible, while providing the necessary care and companionship.

Personal Care Aids (PCAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

In addition to the services provided by companions, PCAs and CNAs assist with "hands-on" personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, walking, and toileting. PCAs or CNAs cannot give injections or dispense medications but can remind the patient to take their medication.

Our aides hold a certificate of completion from a home health aide training program approved by VA Department of Health and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
